My daughter has a disability requiring her to use the restroom facilites (quite often and quickly) Is there some form of a medical document we need to show this to get her a disability pass?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Denise.

I am glad you are here with this excellent question. In efforts to afford all Guests an inclusive, comfortable and enjoyable visit, Walt Disney World Resort’s Services for Guests with Disabilities will assist you with the details of planning your visit keeping your daughter in mind. Rest assured, Denise, you do not have to show any proof of medical disability, rather, please visit any Disney Theme Park Guest Relations, with all in your travel party including your daughter, to discuss possible options for making your visit the best it can be. Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS) might be the service you require and will be determined by the Cast Member.

Disney’s Disability Access Service (DAS) is for Guests who are unable to wait in a conventional attraction queue who may be eligible to return for an attraction at a later time. This service is associated to your MagicBand or Theme Park Admission Card and can be utilized in conjunction with the FastPass+ service.

All Disney Theme Parks offer Restroom Facilities designed for Guests with mobility disabilities, as well, there are many Companion-Assisted restrooms which offer more space for Guests who require help from a second person.

    Best Disney Dreams and Wishes!
