My daughter is autistic and does much better at meal times in a booth. She feels safe in there instead of an open chair and she likes to run around but in a booth I can keep her in her seat next to me.Is there a list of DW restaurants that have booths?

    Welcome Back, AnnMarie!

How fun that you're planning a trip back Home to Walt Disney World Resort! I have a three-year-old, so I absolutely understand how over-planning details like this can be the difference between a good meal and a disastrous dinner. Including seasonal dining events, there are over 400 meal locations at Walt Disney World Resort. While this seems daunting, it's not impossible.

There currently is not a comprehensive list of all Disney Dining Locations that have booth seating, so I'm going to make some general suggestions, but please write back to us if you have questions about specific parks or locations.

Most Table-Service Dining Locations, as well as completely indoor Quick-Service Dining Locations, do have a handful of booths. Most of these tables are the kind where one side has regular chairs and the booth side is the length of the wall, so two people would need to sit on either side of her to 'booth' her in. Also note that seating is "first-come, first-served" even with a reservation, so your best chances of being able to secure a booth will be to dine as soon as a location opens for that meal period, or to plan to eat later meals after the rush has died down.

The following locations do have traditional, enclosed booths: Garden Grill Restaurant, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre Restaurant, Cape May Cafe, and Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano. Make sure you note your special dining need on all reservations you make, and if possible visit the location before your dining time to double-request a classic booth.

Another option you have, if she'll allow it, would be to bring or rent a stroller to use as a wheelchair, which should be able to be used at a standard table in place of a chair.

We'll See You Real Soon, AnnMarie!
