My daughter and I are arriving Thursday night April 11 but our room at Grand Floridian isn’t available til Friday. Where should we stay Thursday night?

    Hi Kim,

I'm so glad that you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a question for us. I'm more than happy to help. Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is right around the corner and will be here before you know it. I'm sure you and your daughter are getting excited!

If you just need a room for one night before checking in for your reservation at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, I would suggest something at one of the Value Resort Hotels. This will definitely be the least expensive option and will allow you to take advantage of using Disney's Magical Express if you are flying into the Orlando International Airport. My favorite of these resorts is Disney's Pop Century Resort. It's so fun to see the fads from the different decades from the 1950s to the 1990s. And when you're ready to check out and move to your next resort, Bell Services can assist in having your luggage transferred over for you. That way you can head straight to the parks and start your vacation without worrying about a thing!

I hope this helps you out with your planning and please let us know if we can do anything else prior to your upcoming trip. Have a wonderful vacation and make lots of magical memories!
