My daughter and I are arriving at disney world on November 21, 2012. It is her first time and on the Novemeber 23 it will be her 8th birthday. What is the most exciting events to take her to.

Visiting Walt Disney World for the first time is an awesome experience. Celebrating a birthday too is extra special. I would begin be visiting the Magic Kingdom. Head on over to Main Street U.S.A. and at City Hall you can receive 1st time celebration recognition button. The birthday girl can get her own personalized celebration pin. From there I would head across the street to get birthday greetings from the big cheese himself, Mickey Mouse. At the Town Square Theater you all can meet Mickey, pose for a picture and even get an autograph. It's a great way to start any trip and birthday celebration. Speaking of which, I would also suggest that you get her some 'it's my birthday' Mickey Mouse Ears. With the ears and button on, your daughter will receive birthday wishes all day from both cast members and park guests alike. It is really a great treat. As for exciting events, I think that a great character meal with some of your favorite Disney characters is just the treat. We took our daughters to the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, part of the Norway Pavilion within Epcot theme park World Showcase. Here we enjoyed a great meal, met all the coolest princesses and created some magical memories. I would also make a point of watching the magical Wishes at night. It is a great way to end a magical day at the Happiest Place on Earth. I hope these ideas assist you in planning a magical vacation and birthday wishes.
