What is DAS? and how does it work?

Hi Rachel! This is a great question!

DAS is Disability Access Service. It's a tool used to help provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

DAS is provided for Guests who are unable to wait in a conventional queue environment. Using DAS, Guests schedule a return time comparable to the current queue. Then, they are free to enjoy their time in the theme park until it is time to return to the attraction.

Guests are allowed one active return time at a time. Once redeemed, another return time can be scheduled. Guests can use DAS in addition to FastPass+.

Accommodations can be made in person at Guest Relations Main Entrance locations in the theme parks. The Guest Relations Cast Members will work with each Guest and accommodations may be provided based on the specific needs of the Guest.

Once a Guest accepts the terms and conditions of their DAS, it is valid for up to 60 days, based on their ticket entitlement.
