I would like to get a DAS pass for my daughter for our next trip to Disney. What 'evidence' of disability will I need to bring eg Paediatrician report? She does sometimes use a wheelchair but not always. Will I need to bring her disability badge?

Hello Angela and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm happy to share with you that currently Guests are not required to provide any evidence of disability when requesting and registering for a Disability Access Service Card at any main Guest Relations located within a Disney Theme Park; although your lovely princess should be present at the time of registration.
I thought you may also find these links to be a useful resource for planning your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort; PDF ~ Disney Parks Disability Service Access Card Services for Guests with Disabilities.
    Have a great Disney day.
