Soarin' the all new journey at Epcot has been immensely popular with Guests and yes, initially lines were long for the standby queues. Guests who utilized Disney's
FastPass+ Planning service benefitted from the virtual queue booking enabling them to experience other activities until their FastPass+ return time. In fairness to all Guests, return times for FastPass+ selections are abided by. May I direct you to FastPass+

In Disney's great strides to afford all Guests an enjoyable and inclusive experience, the
Disability Access Service can be used in conjunction with the FastPass+ service affording Guests a wider array of experiences, shows, and attractions. Disney's
Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities page offers many accommodations for Guests with special needs, and I appreciate the
Resource for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities and in particular the sample 'visual schedule board' type itinerary for the Theme Parks on page 10.
The My Disney Experience mobile
app comes in handy as a visual schedule board for my son to see which attraction, show or experience is next on the list.
