Hi Moms and Dads, thank you for sharing all of your knowledge! Do we bring our checked luggage with us on the Magical Express to the airport? Or is there something that is done through the resort when we check out to get it to the airport?

    Hi Erin,

I believe this may be a duplicate question which I answered for you a few days ago. Just in case you didn't get that information, I'll provide it for you again below. I hope this is the information you are looking for:

Disney offers a fantastic "Resort Airline Check-in Service" which may work for you. If you're departing domestically on a designated airline, you'll be able to receive your return boarding pass and check luggage at your resort, bypassing airport check-in completely.

Simply visit the Resort Airline Check-In Desk located at your Walt Disney World hotel up to 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. A valid government issued photo I.D. and your hotel room key are required to participate.

Resort Airline Check-In Service is available with the following airline carriers:

    • AirTran Airways
    • Alaska Airlines
    • American Airlines
    • Continental Airlines
    • Delta Air Lines
    • JetBlue Airways
    • Southwest Airlines
    • United Airlines
    • US Airways

You'll want to note that the Airline Check-In Desk closes at 1:00pm. Your bags will need to be checked at least 3 hours prior to your flight time and before 1:00pm to participate. One really handy thing is that they have a luggage scale so they can weigh your bags for you and if you're over the 50 pound limit, you can move things around to prevent the hefty fees for going over.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
