Hi moms and dads, we're arriving 3/27 and staying offsite. We have military tickets with waterparks & more. I was told they have to be activated when we go to the first park. Can we activate at Disneyquest that evening or must we go to a park first? Th

    Hello David,
Your trip is days away, so exciting!

The short answer is yes - you can activate your tickets when you go to Disney Quest.  You will activate them at the Guest Relations window which is VERY close to Disney Quest (not directly at the entrance of Disney Quest).  When you get there, just ask any cast member where the Guest Services window is.

To activate your tickets, the person with the military ID must be present, and must show their military ID.  Then the tickets will be activated.

David, have a magical vacation with your family!
