This is from a dad we have taken 2 cruises on the magic and would like to get information about your cruises going to alaska no castaway cay on that one or is there??thanks please send info

    Hi William,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I think it is extremely exciting that the Disney Wonder will be making her way to Alaska in 2011.  On my last Disney cruise I relaxed on the glass-enclosed upper level of the Cove Cafe and imagined that this would be a perfect place to comfortably enjoy the beauty of Alaska as we sailed by.

Currently the Alaskan itineraries include four stops at majestic Alaskan ports of call.  Unfortunately there is not an opportunity for a Castaway Cay type experience, however in my opinion an itinerary like this would be worth giving up a day on the island.

There is some great information on the Disney Cruise website regarding the Alaskan voyages.  I recommend that you request a planning video, and once the request is sent you will have access to the e-Brochure that has lots of helpful information.

    Happy planning!
