I currently have a fl resident seasonal pass. However I still want to visit the park over the summer now. Unfortunately there is block out dates. Is there a way to upgrade my passes? I have to renew my passes in October.

Hi Alexandria, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's chat about all the great ways Florida residents can enjoy Walt Disney World.

I am feeling your pain, Alexandria. We're Florida Resident Seasonal Passholders, too, and every time those blockout dates come rolling around, I start getting Disney withdrawal. But you can absolutely cure it by upgrading to a Florida Resident Annual Pass!

Since your Seasonal Passes don't expire until October, you should have no problem upgrading. You haven't quite reached the 60-day renewal period yet, however, so you may need to complete your upgrade in person at a ticket window or Guest Relations location at one of the Theme Parks. I'd call Guest Relations to find out exactly what your options are.

With all the great things going on during the Coolest Summer Ever, it's no wonder you want to spend more time at Walt Disney World. I hope this info helps you plan all those amazing Disney days to come!

    Have a magical day,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
