    Hello, we are currently on property, leaving tomorrow. How do we book our next trip using the BounceBack offer? I asked at the concierge, and they told me to ask mousekeeping; and they don’t know what I’m speaking of. Please advise and thanks!

    Hi Bridget!

    Although this is late and you have departed from your vacation you can still attempt to call and see if they will honor a bounce back offer at your resort. I am sorry that you were not able to get the help when you asked. I believe the Concierges were simply trying to assist by saying that the Mousekeepers could place a Bounceback pamphlet in your room. It is also possible your resort was not offering anything at this time.

    In any case please call the central reservation number, 407-WDISNEY, and explain you were not able to get assistance before you left and would like to book under any possible bounceback offerings at the time you were at Walt Disney World. Before you call check out all the Special Offers Disney has available at this time. I hope you are able to find something that will allow you to book your next Walt Disney World vacation!
