HI, I currently have dining reservations for our trip to Disney World. We found out friends of ours are also going and was wondering if it was possible to add the 3 of them to our existing dining reservations? Thank you

    Hi Lindsay!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have made adjustments to my dining reservations in the past, and there are a few ways to increase your chances of success.   To add three more people to your current reservations, I would call the phone number for Dining Reservations to be found in this Walt Disney World Phone Directory, and ask if they can simply add three more guests to your booking (have your Dining Confirmation Number to hand when you call).  If the restaurant is fully booked, this may not be possible for your exact time, but ask if there is anything available earlier or later that day.  Being a little flexible about the dates and even the restaurant may also increase the likelihood of finding a reservation so that you can all enjoy dining together.  You can search for new reservations online, or by using the My Disney Experience mobile app, by adding the total number of guests, and filtering the date and venue.  You can easily see what other options may be available if you cannot increase your original bookings.   If you have somewhere very specific that you wish to enjoy together, that is fully booked now, I recommend that you check back frequently, because cancellations do occur all the time.  Please remember that if you make completely new reservations, you don't forget to cancel your original bookings.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
