Hi! I am currently booked with my family for Dec. a member of our party is saying they can't go, How do I cancel them off the booking? Would there be a charge?

    Hi Melissa!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so sorry that one member of your group will not be able to join you, but I'm sure you will definitely still have an incredibly magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! The modification and cancellation policies for your reservation are dependent on the type of reservation you have booked. Room-only reservations and vacation packages both have different terms and conditions associated with modifications and cancellations. Since you are more than 30 days in advance of your trip, you should be able to update your reservation to remove your extra Guest without a problem. However, keep in mind that if you have booked a vacation package, there may be some components of your package that are non-refundable, such as airline flights. I recommend that you call the reservation specialists at (407) 939-1936 so they can help you update your reservation and give you specific information on how any non-refundable components to your package.

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue making plans for your magical trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
