Curious if I make a reservation time for the Flounder's reef nursery now, can I cancel on board if I decide not to use the service? what about planning for a different time frame? I'm not sure what times to reserve since I will plan it around ship events.

    Hi again, Sarah!

My advice is to secure nursery time at Flounder's Reef Nursery for any hours you know for sure you'll need it. That means, during spa appointments, or when you have reservations for adult-exclusive dining.

After the initial online reservation period has passed, nursery slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once onboard, you're more than welcome to request additional nursery time if it is available. If you need to change or cancel a nursery reservation, you'll need to call at least four hours prior to your reserved time to avoid a cancellation fee.

You'll love the comfort you feel, knowing your child is being well taken care of by highly-trained Youth Counselors in the nursery. On our first cruise, our daughter had just turned two. One of my favorite Disney Cruise memories was returning to pick her up from the nursery, and she was snuggled up being rocked to sleep by none other than Mulan herself! It's no wonder Mulan was her very favorite princess for many years! Rest assured, your tiny cruiser will be entertained, engaged and made comfortable while visiting Flounder's Reef.

I hope this helps with your planning! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
