We are cruising in October, staying at the Poly for 3 days prior. We will take DME to the Poly. We purchased ground transfers through DCL from Poly to the Port, but not DCL airfare. When we arrive at the Poly, do we need to check in at the DCL desk too?

The Disney Cruise Line Hospitality desk opens each morning at 8:00 a.m. Hours vary so check at the desk for the current schedule.

After you check in to your accommodations at the Polynesian Resort, stop by the DCL desk at your convenience. It does not need to be that day.

You will need to show your documentation (such as Passports) to the representative. In addition, this is a great time to ask any questions that you might have, verify that you have DCL luggage tags and to confirm what time to have your luggage ready for pick up on the morning of your departure to Port Canaveral.

I find stopping by the desk to be a helpful way to make sure everything is in order prior to arriving the cruise terminal. You'll be given instructions as to where to leave your luggage (sometimes inside the door of your resort room by 8:00 a.m.), what time to meet the DCL rep and what time the bus will depart.

    It's all very organized!
