Cruising in 48 days! We have an 11:15 port arrival time, and will be taking Disney transport from Orlando airport. What time should we check in at Disney transport desk at the airport to make our port arrival time? (We'll be staying at airport Hyatt.)

    Ahoy Victoria!
Your cruise is coming up soon - I know you must be counting the days until you'll be sailing with Captain Mickey!

It sounds like you'll be flying in the day before you sail. The Hyatt at the airport is very nice - a very convenient place to stay to ensure you'll be on time for your port arrival. About 10-14 days before your sail date, you'll receive your cruise documents. Since you've booked your ground transfers through Disney, you should have instructions in those documents regarding what time to arrive at the Disney Magical Express Desk to check in and meet your motorcoach. It typically takes between 60-90 minutes to get to Port Canaveral from Orlando International Airport, so you can expect to board your bus within that time frame.

I hope you find this information helpful. Before you know it, you'll be packing your bags for your magical vacation with Disney Cruise Line! Please come back and visit the Moms Panel if we can help you with any more questions! - Diane W.
