This is our 9th cruise and one of the perks is being able to board the ship early. My question, we are bring our family on the cruise and it is there first. Will they be able to board the ship with us early.

    Welcome aboard, Deborah!

You obviously love sailing with Disney Cruise Line as much as I do! After eight magical sailings, you must really be excited to head out to sea with your family for this ninth cruise! We love cruising with Disney anytime, but it's been so much more fun when our friends or extended family have joined us too!

I'm happy to let you know that as long as your reservations are linked with theirs, they are welcome to join you at the Castaway Club check-in line, and board the ship at the same time as you. That way, you'll all be together for that embarkation photo and of course, when the Cast Members announce your family name and applaud your arrival, walking into the atrium lobby of the ship for the first time!

If your reservations are not yet linked, just give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532. They'll get those linked for you, and you can also chat with them about your dining arrangements. You may want to all sit together at a larger table, or just separate tables near each other. Linking your reservations and putting a note on your reservation about dining together will help with that too.

Have fun as you get ready to set sail again, Deborah. I know your family is in good hands with such experienced Disney cruisers showing them the ropes!

    Happy sailing!
