    Dawn from OH Asked

Going 11/10/13-11/16/13. What will the crowds and weather be like? Contemplated going the week before but saw that MMVMCP doesn't usually start that week. Also, wondering about adding another day if we fly (11/9/13)...is that easy to add last minute? Thx!

That's a great time to visit! The crowds are usually a bit thinner, and the weather is still good. Expect to find highs around 80 degrees and lows around 60. When I travel that time of year I find it's best to dress in light layers, so don't forget a hoodie and a pair of jeans or two, just in case. Still plan on swimming, though! The pools are heated and most guests enjoy them year-round.

You should be able to add another night onto your hotel stay without issue. Sometimes resorts are full and that isn't possible (think Christmas week), but in early November you're probably safe. You may not get the resort that you had in mind, though, so try to book as soon as possible, and be prepared to 'resort hop' if necessary.

    Have a great vacation!
