    Raychel from TN Asked

what will crowds be like in the end of may. most schools are still in, right?

Hey Raychel and thanks for the great question.  It really is so very hard to say how the crowds will be at a specific time.  Many people thought the economy would mean fewer crowds but during the week before Easter several parks reached maximum capacity!  Typically many WDW books will tell you that while visiting in May you can expect average crowds but if it falls around a holiday this is considered one of the most crowded times.  I know schools in my area (GA) are out before Memorial Day but many northern states don't get out until June.  No matter, I think you will be fine.  Remember to take advantage of fast passes and always try to arrive early, as parks tend to be the most crowded mid afternoon.  Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel and I hope you have a great WDW vacation whenever you choose to go!
