What are the crowds like Dec 18, 19, & 20, 2017 in Disney World & Epcot?

    Hi Kelly!

I apologize for this delay with your answer as it is the time already that you asked about with the dates.

The Disney Parks are always going to be more crowded during the holiday season. The Magic Kingdom Theme Park has been very crowded these last few days and without a FastPass the wait times have been long for the attractions.  When planning your day in that park be sure to have your three FastPasses in place and arrive at rope drop to get in and enjoy a couple of things before the lines become extremely long. It is often best to leave that park by noon and head somewhere else to enjoy the afternoon or head to your resort for pool time or Disney Springs for shopping. Then return back to the Magic Kingdom in the evening to see the castle and the fireworks.

The other parks have been manageable these last few days but as it draws nearer to Christmas they too will start getting very busy. The new Pandora area in the Animal Kingdom park is where the crowds will concentrate with lines for the new attractions reaching close to three hours sometimes.

It is a busy time of year at Walt Disney World but it is also a very festive and special time of year and one that is worth experiencing. Hope you are finding the parks manageable to your liking!
