Will it still be crowded the 26th thru 31st of December going in 2015 again.

    Hi Codi,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I am so glad to hear that you will be planning another Walt Disney World trip!  I was at Walt Disney World during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day last year, so I speak from experience when I tell you that yes, it is still quite crowded that week.  So many children are still out of school, and a lot of families use this time to vacation together.

Even though it was quite crowded, we still had a wonderful time.  Using FastPass+ was key to this.  I suggest that you make FastPass+ selections for the attractions that you really want to experience, and also make your dining reservations as soon as you are able, which is 180 days before your trip.  Using FastPass+ and making your dining reservations early will ensure that you have your must-do items in order and will be able to do them with little waiting.  Another great thing about the week you are considering is that many of the holiday experiences are still available.  Last year, we were able to see Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade during the day during this week.  We also toured many of the resorts which were still decked out for the holidays.

Although it is a very busy week, I think that you can still have a great time at Walt Disney World the week between Christmas and New Year's Day by doing a little advance planning.  I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Codi!  Have a great time planning your trip, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
