Been going crazy deciding where to stay. My mom and myself (23yo) are going to WDW in March '10. Stayed @ PO hotels many times. So, was wondering: CBR or CSR? We're still kids at heart so like CB theme but CS layout & pool. Pros and Cons of both? TY

Hi Whitney!  Thank you for your question.  I may not have been the best person to direct this question to (sorry!).  Although I've stayed at Coronado Springs Resort (CSR), I have never stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort. (CBR).

I will tell you that I truly enjoyed staying at CSR last December.  The room I was in was recently refurbished and they definitely had a deluxe feel to them.  I like the fact that there are now sliding wood doors that can separate the sleeping area from the bathroom area, adding extra privacy when getting ready in the morning.

I was also very impressed with the Pepper Market food court.  They had a variety of selection and the lobster bisque soup was out of this world!  The only thing I didn't like about the Pepper Market is the fact that they add a surcharge to your bill.

Although the resort is large, we were located in a preferred building near the main building so it was very easy for us.  Overall, the resort has a very relaxing feeling and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I did a search on prior Q&As for the Moms Panel and I came across a question that was previously answered by Kim (who currently answers Disney cruise questions if anyone has one for her).  You can find that response here.    She does mention seeing a lot of business people at CSR but I can tell you when we were there (first week of December), the convention season was relatively low.

And since you are both kids at heart, if you decide to go with CSR, you may want to also consider a pirate themed room.
