Hi! Counting down the days to our January 1 arrival to WDW! Traveling with a then 8 month old via air. We will need water, formula, food...etc. I believe I read, or was told, I could send a package ahead if time to our resort. Is this true?

Hi, Abby! Yes, it is true! I have a couple of tips for you.  Most Guests arrange for their packages to arrive a few days prior to their check-in date.  I would be concerned that a package that arrives many weeks prior to a stay may be misplaced.  To make sure your package doesn't arrive too long before your stay, or after your arrival, you should speak with your shipping service to find out when to mail the package so that it arrives a day or so before you. On the package, write your name (or the name under which the reservation is made), note that you are a "Guest," and include the date of your arrival. Although probably not necessary, I suggest also writing a note on the package saying "hold for arrival." Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
