I couldn't get a FastPass for the Kilimanjaro Safaris until 11:20-I wanted to go when the park opened. Would you advise canceling it and going to the ride when the park opens?

    Hey Cathy-

Grab your explorer hat and camera for this entertaining and exciting adventure. To see animals in a habitat is one thing but to see them on the Kilimanjaro Safaris is like seeing them in the wild. Wildebeest, giraffes, Nile crocodiles, hippopotamus, Scimitar-horned Oryx (my favorite) and many other animals you have never seen are right outside your transport. The Harambe Wildlife Reserve combines nature and Disney to give an unique experience best viewed in the morning when the animals are most awake. That being said many safari adventures will have plenty of animals out and about so seeing them later in the day will still provide a great experience. Have your camera ready to capture some of the best animal photos ever.

I would get to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park 30 minutes before it opens to secure a spot near the front of the line and make my way to this attraction first. Save your FastPass+ entitlements for other attractions like Expedition Everest~Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, Festival of the Lion King and our family favorite, Kali River Rapids.

Have a blast out in the Wild and enjoy making many Magical Memories!
