We are considering a trip to Disney World this summer with our 2-year old (almost 3) son. I know he will have fun but will not actually remember it when he is older. Is it wise to embark on this adventure now or when he's a little older? He loves Mickey!

Oh, Stephanie!  My daughters are Disney veterans from the time they are just months old, so I don't think there is a minimum age to take a child.  My thoughts on the subject go something like this...

As a two year old, your son gets in for free everywhere you take him.  There are so many rides and attractions that you and your husband will enjoy that your son will truly enjoy.  For the rides that he is too little to go on, you can utilize the baby swap option so that you and your husband can still enjoy them.

But the BEST part of the trip is going to be the absolutely MAGICAL memories you create for you and your husband, as well as for your son!  Take lots of pictures and create a scrapbook that he will love looking at long after the trip is over.  You cannot imagine the wide eyes and animated expressions you will see on your little boy's face as he falls in love with everything Walt Disney World has to offer.

I say go now, enjoy this age, and create the once in a lifetime memories as you celebrate his first trip to Walt Disney World!
