We are considering purchasing a Disneyland Annual Pass, but won't be able to visit the parks until next Fall. If we purchase in advance, will the pass remain valid for 365 from the date of first use (next Fall) or 365 days from the date of purchase?

    Hi Amy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, where I love answering Annual Passport-related questions!
Guests who purchase Disneyland Resort Annual Passports online have one year from the date of purchase to activate their Passports.
Once you arrive at the Parks and activate them, the Passport expiration date is set for a year from the date of activation!
This means that yes– if you visit the Parks next Fall, your Annual Passports will be activated then and remain valid until the following Fall (2019)...yay!
I must say, I really hope you're able to make trip out here to sunny Southern California sooner!
In case you weren't aware, the Disneyland Resort really loves its Annual Passholders. Every year, they host a very cool event called the AP Days, where Annual Passholders are the guests of honor and get to enjoy awesome discounts and one-of-a-kind gifts!
Make sure you read the Disney Parks Blog for more on next year's AP Days and maybe we'll see you out here sooner. Please...Be our guest!
