Considering either two standard rooms or family suit at AOA. 4 adults, 2 Kids, 1 Infant What are the room dimensions for each? Thinking it may be worth spending a little extra for a little extra elbow room during our stay. :)

    Hi Chelsie!

First let me start off by saying that Disney's Art of Animation Resort is spectacular! Good choice! The Suites are roomy (approx. 565 sq. ft.) and feature 1 Queen bed, 1 Double size Table Bed and 1 Double size sofa bed. They also have two full bathrooms and a microwave/kitchenette (which could be useful with an infant). The standard room (approx. 260 sq ft.) features 2 Double beds.

Being that my family and I have stayed in both rooms at this resort, I feel comfortable providing feedback. I have stayed in the Nemo and Cars Suites with Cars being our favorite. The only issue I have with them is that the table bed and sofa bed seem to be small for two adults. My brother and sister in law and they are tall and full figured and were a little tight on those beds. The standard rooms at this resort are the Little Mermaid rooms. This could work for you, especially if you get adjoining or connecting rooms. The only downfall, in my opinion, is that they are a little far from the lobby and main pool. I would recommend that you check out the photo gallery for each type of room before deciding.

Did you know?:  Staying at a Disney Resort comes with lots of benefits. One of my favorites are the Extra Magic Hours where Guests can enjoy the parks before they open to the general public and after they close to the general public. Additionally, Disney Resort Guests can make their FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before check-in when you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation!

It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please stop by with any other questions you may have!

    Happy Planning!
