Confused on which park to visit which day. 2 top websites are ave conflicting advice on their crowd calendars. Aunt & niece experiencing the magic at WDW 2/5-2/11/13 & in parks 2/6-2/10.

Hi Tracy! I love the use the Crowd Calendars on some of the unofficial Disney websites when I'm planning my park visits. Many of those websites use attendance data from prior years along with information such as park hours, school holidays, and special events to predict how busy the parks will be on a given day, and I've found that the predictions can often be pretty accurate. I've checked a few Crowd Calendars for your trip dates and notice that they're predicting roughly similar park attendance levels, even though they may be recommending guests visit different parks on those days. The great news is that during your visit, the park attendance levels are expected to be low to moderate, so you're going to be able to experience lots of attractions without major crowds.

These unofficial sites base their park recommendations on various factors and represent that site's educated guess as to the best park to visit that day. While I like to use the Crowd Calendars to see how busy the parks may be during my visit, I don't always follow the calendar's recommendations as to which park to visit each day. For instance, the Touring Plans site generally recommends avoiding the park hosting morning Extra Magic Hours because they've found most guests don't arrive to the parks that early. My family, however, loves to use the morning Extra Magic Hours because we've found the parks to be so uncrowded then that it's worth waking up early. If you're willing to rise early on vacation and take advantage of the morning EMH, I recommend you choose the parks hosting them instead of the unofficial website recommendations. If you prefer to sleep in, you may want to visit the recommended park, and if there's no consensus on which park is recommended, visit the one that fits your schedule best. Those recommendations aren't an exact science. Here's what I would do: 2/6 MK; 2/7 HS; 2/8 Your choice (but only visit Epcot if you're planning to use the Extra Magic Hours); 2/9 AK; 2/10 EP.
