CONFUSED!!! In one of the post i read that you can park at Downtown Disney and go to a theme park, and in another post it says not to do that. Can someone please tell me what is the best way to travel to the parks and Downtown Disney?

Parking at Downtown Disney in order to reach a WDW theme park is an inefficient way to travel. There are no direct buses from Downtown Disney to the theme parks.

If you park at Downtown Disney, you will need to use one of the resort hotels as a transfer hub. For example, go to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and transfer to an Animal Kingdom bus. Take a bus to one of the Epcot resorts and then walk or boat to Epcot or the Hollywood Studios. And so forth.

The best way to travel is to find a resort close to your destination and use it as your transfer hub. Otherwise, I would just use your car to drive. This would be much quicker and would save a substantial amount of time at the end of the day.
