I am confused about the Military discount tickets, if I buy them for family members do I have to be present for them to be used?

    Hi Dale!

So happy to be helping a fellow Floridian!  We have purchased them before for family and there has never been a need to have the the military family member present to use them. Once the military discount tickets are purchased, there is no need for the military family member to be present. If you have not done so already, be sure to link them to your My Disney Experience Account so that you can begin making your FastPass+ selections

    Did you know?
: The Walt Disney World Resort has some great offers for military personnel! My family and I took advantage of the awesome discount in January when we stayed at the Cabins in Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. I believe we saved close to 30% off of the regular rates! You can view these discounts by visiting this page: 2017 Military Discounts for Resorts. In order to request the discount, you have to make your reservation by calling (407) 939-5684.  Remember that staying at a Disney Resort comes with lots of great benefits including a complimentary MagicBand!

It has been a pleasure assisting you! If I can help you with any other planning question, please feel free to send them my way!
