Still confused about the Dining Plans: 1) When you use 2 table service meals for a Sig. Dining Exper., are you then forgoing a dinner for the next day (supposing you eat every meal)? 2) How late are the soda fountains avail at the resort to refill mugs?THX

When you purchase the Disney dining plan, you are given dining credits based on the length of your stay. Once you arrive at WDW you may use those credits in any order you wish, it does not have to be on a "per day" basis. For example if you have the basic dining plan for a four night stay at WDW, you will be given four table service credits, four counter service credits, and four snack credits. Under a conventional scenario, you would be on your own for breakfast (meaning that you would purchase this separately for an additional non-dining-plan fee), you'd have a counter service lunch, an afternoon snack, and a table service dinner. But you don't have to do it that way. How you choose to use your credits is up to you.

Instead, you could have a table service breakfast, lunch, and dinner on you first day; eat a counter service breakfast, lunch and dinner your second day; have the traditional meals on your third day; and use all your snacks as gifts for friends at home. Then, obviously for the rest of your food at WDW, you'd be paying out of pocket. The possible combination of uses of your credits is nearly limitless.

In answer to your specific question #1, if you use two of your table service meal credits at a signature dining experience, you will need to pay out of pocket for another meal.

To answer your question #2, the soda fountains are available to refill mugs whenever the resort food courts (or wherever the fountains are) are open. These hours vary from resort to resort, but generally they are open from about 7:00 a.m. until at least 10:00 p.m.
