We have complimentary tickets from Disney guest billing that we would like to use, but per the WDW experience app our tickets are linked together. Can we use them separately or do we have to be together when we use them?

Hi there, Latisha! We're so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Having complimentary tickets to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks is like having your own little pot of pixie dust! I have also been the recipient of complimentary tickets, and in my experience, they can be used separately.  However, complimentary admission can vary by case, so I'd recommend calling Ticket Services at (407)566-4985 and select option #4 to verify. I recently stopped by the new Ticketing Center in Disney Springs to ask the same question, and the Cast Members were super friendly.

Since your tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account, feel free to make those Fast Pass+ selections 30 days in advance of when you plan to use your ticket (or 60 days prior to check-in for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel). There's nothing better than "riding in the fast lane," especially for popular attractions like Slinky Dog Dash and Avatar Flight of Passage!

    See ya real soon, Latisha!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
