    Tricia from FL Asked

I have a complimentary ticket however I’m not staying on property, will I still be able to link ticket to my Disney experience and get fast pass?

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tricia!

As long as you have a ticket number or barcode for an electronic ticket, you should be able to link it to your My Disney Experience account. To do so, just log into your account (online or via the My Disney Experience mobile app) and choose “My Plans.” From here you should see an option to “Link Tickets.” This is where you’ll enter the ticket number or barcode. After entering the number, your ticket should now be linked to your account.

As an off-site Guest, you will be able to book your FastPass+ experiences up to 30 days in advance of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Should you run into any issues, feel free to call the “My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+” helpline.

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Tricia! Please let us know if you have any additional questions; we’re always happy to help.
