Hi I am comming in Jan and I have been 50 times never on the DDP 2 questions whats the diff between snack & dessert with QS & Can you look at pofq and make a mock qs meal up so I can get an idea what type of dessert ,drink and meal dont wanna look

    Hi Jayme,

Fifty times to Walt Disney World? Lucky you!!!

I haven't been there quite that many times, but I do know the ins and outs of the dining plans.  A snack is generally a food item that costs under $4.00.  There is a symbol next to each menu item that is considered a snack, but if you don't see something labeled, it never hurts to ask if it's a snack item.

Looking at the menu at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory:

With the exception of a whole pizza, you'll be able to order any of the menu items as your meal.  In addition, you'll get one drink and one dessert.  For example: a chicken quesadillas, beignets (probably 3, but you may be allowed 6 - just ask) and a drink would be included in your meal.

Since dessert is not served with breakfast, you can get two drinks with your meal.  I usually use that opportunity to grab an extra bottle of water to take with me in the park.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
