    Matt Asked

We are coming with a 1, 6, 9, 16 year old. There for 7 days. Our first time there and we are doing just the main 4 parks. I was thinking MK for 3 days, HS-2, Epcot-1, AK-1. Does this sound like it is spread out enough for the ages we have? Thanks

Hi, Matt!  You've got a pretty good spread in ages for your children, so it is a great plan to spread the days out so that everyone will find something to enjoy!  I would definitely say a day at Animal Kingdom is probably enough for your first visit, and I think you will likely need more than one day for the Magic Kingdom, to make sure you see everything.  The only thing I might switch around is giving yourself an extra day at EPCOT, if only because it's such a big park!

There is enough to keep you busy at Disney's Hollywood Studios for a second day, but to do justice to EPCOT in terms of the attractions, the performers, and the countries, a second day might be necessary.

Of course, when you buy your passes, you aren't locked in to any set schedule.  Your passes will take you to whichever park you want to go to, so if you do an EPCOT day and then decide you've seen as much as you'd like to see, then go with the two days at Hollywood Studios.

Another suggestion - especially with young kids - is that you may want to build in a day to relax.  Maybe instead of a third Magic Kingdom day, you could add a water park or a day at the pool with a character breakfast or dinner at one of the resorts.

I hope this gives you something to think about as you begin your planning!  Whatever you need help with, I'm here for you!
