Coming to WDW with 2 year old son. I have ADR for O'Hana's, but now, I'm wondering if the Spirit of Aloha show wouldn't be better? Thoughts on food and entertainment?

I would not suggest that you bring a two-year-old boy to the Spirit of Aloha show. The show is long, nearly two hours of Polynesian dancing strung together with a very thin plot. That's a long time to sit still and be quiet for a preschooler. And frankly, in my opinion, the food at the Spirit of Aloha is just not that good. Not to put too fine a point on it, but both times I ate at the luau, I thought it was among worst meals I've had at WDW.

In their defense, it's now been about two years since I've been back to the luau, so perhaps they've improved the food. But if I were you, I'd stick with Ohana simply because the length of the meal will be much shorter, and thus easier on your son.
