    Marianne from ON Asked

Hi, We're coming to WDW the 1st time this August. My kids are 7 and 4 years old. How do I know which rides would be best for this age range so I can plan better, especially for the FastPass option. Please help, thank you!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marianne!

You have asked a great question! When my son was younger, he was very curious about attraction vehicles. While he preferred the thrills of Splash Mountain, Test Track and Star Tours: The Adventure Continues, he also loved classic attractions like Peter Pan's Flight, Haunted Mansion and it's a small world. As you plan your FastPass+ experiences, keep in mind that some attractions have height requirements. This Disney Parks Blog post is a great resource that organizes all Walt Disney World Resort theme park attractions by height requirement. I think you will find these lists most helpful when creating your "must-do" experiences.

Here are a few suggestions for your Mouseketeers:

    •    Magic Kingdom: Seven Drawfs Mine Train, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Pirates of the Carribean
    •    EPCOT: Journey Into Imagination With Figment, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Soarin'
    •    Hollywood Studios: Fantasmic!, Toy Story Midway Mania, Muppet*3D Vision
    •    Animal Kingdom: Festival of the Lion King, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids

I hope this helps, and please let me know if I can answer other questions that may arise as you continue to plan your family's magical vacation!
