We are coming to WDW 12/4/11 through 12/11/11 and THINK we have decided on the Pop Century value resort. Is it possible to request a ground floor room when making the vacation reservation or is that something that has to be requested at check in?

    Hi Peggy!

Well, if  I might twist your arm a little...we LOVE the Pop Century Resort!  The value is amazing and my kids adore the over the top theming, food court and pools.  You may absolutely request a ground floor room when making your reservation.  While they can't guarantee your request, they will do their best to accommodate you.  If you have a mobility issue or another reason that would make a ground floor room beneficial, I would absolutely let them know.  I would also mention your request again at check in.  Have a wonderful vacation!
