Hi!! We will be coming to WDW in Sept. Are there refrigerators in the rooms? And are there life jackets or puddle jumpers by the pool? My 4 year old can't fully swim yet. Thanks!!!

    Hi Christine!

Thanks so much for using the Disney Parks Moms Panel as a planning resource for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. September will be here before you know it, and I'm sure you and your family are counting down the days until you're making memories together at the most magical place on earth!

All of the Disney resort hotel rooms feature mini-refrigerators, which, for my family, come in handy for keeping a few soft drinks and water bottles on hand. The refrigerators are large enough to hold a half-gallon size jug of milk, if that's something your family needs to have nearby for a little one.

No need to waste valuable suitcase space on a life jacket - you'll find life jackets infant-sized and up at your resort hotel pool, on a first-come, first served basis. Of course, if your child has a particular life jacket or puddle jumper you'd prefer to bring, you're welcome to do so. The resort pools are splashtastic fun after a day in the theme parks!

I'm so happy to see you're planning ahead and thinking of questions you want to ask before your September vacation. Make sure to take advantage of Advance Dining Reservations (which can be made up to 180 days in advance for resort hotel guests), and don't forget to reserve FastPass+ selections at the 60-day mark.

I hope this information is helpful in your planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
