I am coming to WDW in November with my 3 & 4 yr old and I am also pregnant.  I was thinking of using my car instead of the buses for transportation, do you think this will be more of a pain?

Hi Carrie!  This is a bit of a toss up on the answer to this question.  My family enjoys not having to worry about a car the entire time we are at Walt Disney World and we use the buses and boats exclusively.  However, since you are traveling with small children and most likely at least one stroller, the idea of having your own transportation can be inviting. All strollers must be folded completely when riding on the buses.  Dealing with two small children and trying to get strollers folded for every bus trip can be quite a chore.  If you drive you will have wait times for trams but sometimes that is not as much as the wait times for a bus and the trams generally are dropping you off very close to the entrance gates making it very convenient.  You will still have to fold up the strollers but you have more room to spread out.

If you are comfortable driving and following the directions to the various parks this definitely might be easier for you at least for some days.  I would still recommend you take the bus to the Magic Kingdom.  The bus will drop you off at the entrance to the park within just a few steps of the gates.  If you drive you will be parking a great distance away and will still have to take a ferry or the monorail to get to the park entrance making it far more complicated.
