We are coming to WDW in April and we are coming with our 1 almost 2yr old and 5yr old. Do you recommend leaving the parks and taking a nap or should we just go, go, go? This is our first trip with one so young.

    Hi Kristine!

I would suggest coming back and napping.  Unless your almost 2 year old is one of those that can take amazing naps in a stroller (yes, I've heard they exist!), then you'll likely be looking at a meltdown later in the afternoon.  In my opinion, it's better to lose some time in the parks for a preemptive nap versus being forced to LEAVE the park because of a full-on meltdown.  BUT...that's just my personal preference.  Who knows?  Your 5 year old might even nap too!!  OR, they could spend time with Mommy OR Daddy at the pool while the little one rests.  For what it's worth, last trip we had a 5 year old, 3 year old, and a four month old.  We went back to nap EVERY DAY, and have always planned for that time each day.

    I hope this helps!
    Have a magical vacation!
