Hi moms coming from the uk so will get our magic bands once we check in. If we check in online can we still get help with the magic bands as its our first time to use both systems. 42 days and counting.

    Hello Lesley,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and you know it's definitely extra fun for me to be able to help a fellow Guest from the West Country!
I can just imagine how excited you are about your rapidly approaching holiday to Walt Disney World Resort and I would like to put your mind at ease about using Online Check-In or MagicBands for the 1st time - because both are a doddle to use.
When Guests from the United Kingdom first arrive at Walt Disney World Resort (usually via Disney's Magical Express) they still need to check-in as such to receive MagicBands which amongst other things unlock Resort room doors; the knowledgeable Cast Members assisting will be glad to offer advice on anything you need guidance with or are unsure about.
Guests who require assistance with FastPass+ selections whilst inside a Disney Theme Park should head to a conveniently located FastPass+ Kiosk where Cast Members are always happy to help.
I adore using my MagicBand and wouldn't leave Cornwall for Walt Disney World Resort without it; I'm quite sure you'll be feeling the same way too by the end of your jolly holiday!
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your upcoming May holiday to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
