We have an up coming trip on 2/16/2012. How does the online check in work?

    Hi Michelle,

Thanks for writing!  Within ten days of your arrival,  you can log onto www.disneyworld.com, and begin the on-line check-in process.  It's main advantage is that it can help speed up the check-in process when you arrive at your Walt Disney World resort. When you check-in on-line before arriving at the Resort, you will be asked to provide the names, address, and contact information for your family along with any room requests (based on availability).  In addition, you'll be asked to leave credit card for room charges.

When you arrive at the Resort, you can bypass the "regular" check-in line, and proceed to on-line check-in at the front desk. The line here tends to be shorter than the traditional check-in queue.  You'll pick up your welcome folder and Key to the World card and start your magical trip!
