Hello Moms, i will be coming to the the magic kingdom with my Daughter and grandchildren in May. will my daughter and I ( both) need to use our Fast Pass , when we are enabling " Rider Switch Pass"?  We have a toddler ( 2yr old) in our family

Hello, Cheryl! Your upcoming trip sounds just like the one that I took with my Mom last month! She and I guided my grade schooler and baby around Magic Kingdom and Epcot with squeals of delight and lots of photos.

Our family loves to use Rider Switch and FastPass+ at the same time, especially for rides like Goofy’s Barnstormer, a very short, smooth rollercoaster which is great for little ones that meet the 35” height requirement. If you need to use Rider Switch, the initial rider (you, maybe) will use the standard queue, and then your daughter (the kid's chaperone) can use the FastPass+ line after you return to the baby. If you make a FastPass+ reservation for an attraction that has Rider Switch, it can save considerable time because you can use the FastPass+ queue twice instead of only once. Therefore, only the initial rider will need a FastPass+ reservation for the ride.

Some awesome Magic Kingdom adult-height attractions that you shouldn’t miss are rides like Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, which are classic coasters with lots to experience. The lines are typically extremely long, which makes FastPass+ a must with toddlers. If you need any more help with your magical vacation with little kids, please let me know. Buckle up and have fun! ~ Lindsey P.
