coming in Nov 5th through 9th staying at Carribean beach.. party of 9 including 3 young children ages 2,3 & 4 best advice for getting around and dining?

Hi Christine!  Large parties at Disney World are very fun and lots of wonderful memories will be made!

My family often goes as a large group, sometimes there are over 30 of us there at one time.  We have learned through the years that the best way for everyone to see and do what they want is to have a lot of flexibility.  We usually don't try to stay together for every single thing.  Generally, the boys in the group will have different agendas than the girls.  So, rather than force everyone to visit the same attractions, we will split up.  We use our dining reservations and parades as "meet up" times.  Character meals are great for large groups and the children truly light up at seeing their favorite Disney characters in person. It also makes for great photos!

Since you are staying on Disney property, the transportation is provided and will be very convenient for everyone to come and go as they please.  We usually hit a park in the morning, come back for afternoon naps, and then head back out to a park in the evening.  This is a great way for kids and parents to get some rest so you can fully enjoy the Disney magic!

I hope this helps you!  Please let us know if you have any other questions leading up to your trip.  November is a great month to be there!  Milder weather and lower crowds can make it even more fun!
