Coming in may! It is the first time in years we're bringing babies! We've got a 10 yr old, 6 yr old, 2yr old and a 10 mo old. Can the 2yr old go with my husband and son who are using their FP+? Also, any rider swap tips would be great!

    Hi Tracie,

Woo Hoo! Let's hear it for the babies' first Disney vacation! As a Mom with 4 kids of my own, I know how special that first visit to Walt Disney World can be.

I've got great news for you! Since your 2 year old and 10 month old are Guests of Mickey Mouse and do not need theme park tickets, they may accompany you on any attraction (provided they meet the height requirement) which has FastPass+ availabilities. Here is a great link for Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones at Walt Disney World. In this link you will find valuable resources for attractions geared to pre-schoolers, a downloadable guide, and a great video highlighting the Baby Care Centers.

Now as for the amazing Rider Switch Service my biggest tip is to go do something fun with the little one(s) while the first party is on the ride. The Rider Switch pass is good to use the entire day so you do not have to stay in one spot while waiting for the rest of your family to finish the ride. Since policies can change from time to time be sure to read the information printed on your Rider Switch pass for details. If you haven't experienced Rider Switch before, you are going to love how this service allows both parents to enjoy the rides. And an added bonus is you don't have to ride alone when it's your turn. Your older children are going to love this feature because it usually means they will get to ride a second time with the adult who was waiting with the little ones.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question!  Please let us know if you have any further vacation planning questions.
