we are coming in january with 3 kids 7,5, 4months and its our first visit do we get something special for that and and is there a way i can have some things prepaid for and allready in the room? do i need to request a crib and does it cost extra?

    Hi Ashley,

How very exciting! Your first magical vacation is right around the corner. When you arrive at your resort, be sure to let the Cast Member at check-in know it's your first visit to Walt Disney World. They'll make sure everyone gets a "My First Visit" button. I still have my kid's first visit buttons. They're a great keepsake.

Unless you are staying at the concierge level, you are unable to have gifts awaiting you at arrival because your room number may not be assigned until you arrive. However, the amazing folks at Disney Floral and Gifts can help you arrange a surprise for later in your trip.

There is no additional charge for a crib in your room. You'll want to request it when you check in online as well as when you arrive at your resort.

I hope this answers all of your questions, Ashley. Please feel free to follow up with me if you have any additional questions.

    Have a magical day,
    Ashley
