Hi Tara,
Your first Walt Disney World trip is coming up so soon; you must be getting very excited! I have great news for you.
Disney FastPass+ service is included with your theme park admission - it does not cost any extra! I do recommend that you use it. Be sure that you have purchased
Walt Disney World theme park tickets and that you have them linked in your
My Disney Experience account. Then, you can go ahead and make your Disney FastPass+ selections. You are traveling at a time of year that should have fewer guests than peak times; however, using Disney FastPass+ selections to experience some attractions each day with shortened wait times is always a good idea in my opinion!
As to organizing your trip, I suggest that you start by considering which theme park you would like to visit on which day. Which theme parks you visit depends on the interests of your traveling party. I always recommend a day at Magic Kingdom, as it is where the magic all began in Florida as the first Disney theme park there. Then, discuss with your traveling party which of the other theme parks - Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom - are the most appealing to you.
Finally, I recommend making a
Disney dining reservation each day. I like to have one reservation each day so that I know my family will be able to sit down at a restaurant that we want to experience and have a nice relaxing meal each day. We are big fans of a late lunch. We like to get to a theme park early in the morning, experience attractions all morning, and then sit down to lunch in the early afternoon.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Tara!
