Hi. Coming first time late March. Our flight out to Orange Cty Airport is too early for Disney Magic Express Service. We were told to take a taxi from our hotel- Disneyland hotel. How do we set this up and any idea on cost per person? Thank you.

Welcome back, Angela! It's great to correspond with you again.

Frankly, it's just as well that your flight is coming in so early. That just means more time to enjoy the Disneyland Resort that day! The John Wayne Airport in Orange County (SNA) is my favorite of the major Southern California airports. There are many options for transportation from the airport to the resort. When the Disneyland Resort Express is not available, other choices include taxicabs, door-to-door shuttles like Karmel, and app-based rideshares like Lyft, Uber and Wingz. If you choose to use a taxi, you will always find one ready and waiting for you at the Ground Transportation Center located right outside the baggage claim area in the airport's lower level. No appointment is necessary. Just look for a taxi coordinator to get you set in a standard four-passenger vehicle, large capacity seven-passenger van, or a wheelchair accessible van, as appropriate. The price for a taxi is subject to change, but is likely to be around $50 plus tip. Note that the cost is per vehicle, not per person. My wife and I have found using a taxi from SNA is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get to the Disneyland Resort!

Since we last wrote, I've noticed that the Disneyland Resort entertainment calendar has been updated to include your travel dates. While shows and times are subject to change, it now looks like both Fantasmic! and World of Color are on the schedule! Add in Mickey's Mix Magic with Fireworks and more, and you have a pretty amazing entertainment lineup!

    Have a magical time, Angela!
